# Mastering IC skills

Managers should master the basic IC skills so that they can coach their ICs properly. We have listed below content from IC RemoteU. You should quickly read, understand (and also use) these IC skills. This will equip you with the tools for coaching ICs on the basics of Remote Work and WS Pro.
