# ZBT - Bad Example

This is a bad ZBT example because:

1. Manager did ZBT on different units 
2. Manager didn't provide a mapping between TMS and ZBT. 
3. Manager's insights are not actionable.

Due to #1 & #2, it is not clear how to get TMS closer to ZBT.\
\#3 makes ZBT useless for the managers since there is nothing he can execute within his MRU period.\
