# ZBT - Good Example 4

This is a good ZBT example because:

1. Manager created a very granular ZBT. 
2. She decrease TMS more than 50%. 
3. She also generated 4 very actionable items (she executed all of them) that helped her reach and surpass the goal.

Thanks to this ZBT, the manager increased productivity from 143 units to 272 units in W3.\
