Lessin envisions is a work paradigm vastly different from the one which birthed today's corporate manager.&#x20;

After reading his predictions, one can’t help but ask, *“Am I prepared for this next wave?”*

Remote work presents different challenges than regular office work, and we've created RemoteU to help you prepare for them.&#x20;

### Curriculum

RemoteU is a 1-day intensive training program designed to equip you with a quality-first mindset. Among many other things, you’ll learn to welcome negative feedback, to own your quality and productivity, and to embrace continuous improvement in every facet of your work.

The curriculum lessons listed in the left-hand panel are designed to help be successful in your new role. They’ll introduce new concepts about remote performance, and re-frame outmoded ones.

Each lesson has been selected based on our own real-world experience successfully running a global enterprise with an entirely remote-first workforce (one of the largest in the world!).<br>

### What’s my goal in RemoteU?

We hope you will *unlearn* practices that aren't helpful in a remote environment while learning the necessary skills to unlock real value within remote teams.

### Ready?

To achieve the greatest benefit from RemoteU, consider creating *two* blocks on your calendar, as shown [here](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/18BKIw0SR910TvEWC2pDl__ORtON2Si8N62rYpUTa4Ag/edit#gid=0\&range=A1).&#x20;

Each chapter concludes with the relevant quiz. If you're unable to pass a quiz on your first attempt, study your failures and retake the quiz. \
\&#xNAN;*Quizzes require you to be logged in with your company account. If you do not have access to your company account, please approach* Manager RemoteCamp Leadership <manager.remotecamp.leadership@trilogy.com> *immediately.*

You can track your overall score and progress on this [scorecard](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/18BKIw0SR910TvEWC2pDl__ORtON2Si8N62rYpUTa4Ag/edit#gid=2014056218\&range=A1).
