According to which timezone will I work during RemoteU?
Crossover is a fully remote company with partners all over the world. That’s why we normally don’t have a fixed time that we ask our partners to work at.
So, during the RemoteU, feel free to work in your local timezone.
Will I get paid during this training?
Yes, you will be paid the same wage as the position offers. You will need to pass the PCCAT test to get paid. If you have applied for a related position, you will also need to pass the Proctored General Coding Assessment.
What are the credentials needed for RemoteU?
You will need the company email account for the RemoteU tasks.
We will create this account for you after you have passed the proctored assessments. You will receive the login credentials to your personal email address.
Don’t forget to reset the temporary password after you got the credentials. Otherwise, you will lose access to your company account within 24h.
I cannot find my company email.
We create a company email for you with either @trilogy.com or @devfactory.com domain. Please look for your credentials in an email sent to your personal email address. The subject contains “New G-suite email address“.
Please note that your company account is created only after you have passed all the proctored assessments required for your position. It may take a few hours to be created after you pass the assessments.
What email address do I use to log into Worksmart App?
For accessing your Worksmart tracker you need to use your personal email address, the one you use at crossover.com.
I started my Worksmart App and it shows 0h 00m.
The tracker updates once in 10 minutes and counts the time with 10-minutes timecards. It usually takes about 4 minutes to upload the timecard to Crossover and update the time in the tracker.
So, you will see 0h 10m in your tracker after about 14 minutes after you started it.

How do I know if I finished RemoteU?
You can consider yourself as finished RemoteU if you have scored 100% for all the RemoteU quizzes.
What happens after I finish RemoteU?
Within 24 hours, after you are done with RemoteU quizzes, you will be assigned to a role you’ve been applying for. Your manager will be reaching out to you with the assignment details.
Partners with Engineering roles will continue the journey in the Engineering RemoteU. Coaches will be reaching out to you with the details.
I finished the RemoteU early, and the policy says I need to work 8 hours/day.
The expected time dedicated to the 1-day RemoteU is 5-6 hours + 30 minutes of manual time added for the Proctored CCAT and 90 minutes of manual time added for the Proctored General Coding Assessment (for related roles). In case you finished RemoteU tasks early, we kindly ask you to stop the Worksmart tracker and wait for further instructions.
If you already received further instructions, which may happen for Engineering pipelines, you can go ahead with the activities of your next assignment to work 8 hours/day.
